Kimberly (Kim) Humphries brings more than 30 years of experience in Information Technology (IT), with a distinguished career spanning from entry-level IT professional to Deputy Chief Information Officer (CIO) of Operations. Throughout her career, she has demonstrated expertise in technology management, strategic planning, and operational leadership, ensuring efficient and effective IT services across diverse functional areas.
Kim holds numerous industry certifications, including Microsoft Certified Systems Administrator (MCSA), ITIL v3 Foundation, ITIL Intermediate Service Transition, Certified Authorization Professional (CAP), AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner, as well as multiple application-specific certifications.
During her career, Kim led a team of IT trainers responsible for her agency's enterprise training program. In this role, she successfully guided the organization through the ANSI (American National Standards Institute) / International Accreditors for Continuing Education and Training (IACET) accreditation process. As a result, the training program was authorized to offer Continuing Education Units (CEUs), enabling employees to maintain professional credentials, earn certifications, and satisfy licensing and regulatory requirements recognized by professional associations, regulatory boards, universities, and other accrediting organizations.
As the founder and Chief Executive Officer of ElderByte, Kim is dedicated to helping older adults confidently navigate today's digital world. She is passionate about making technology more accessible through personalized education, patient guidance, and practical solutions that empower seniors to stay connected, independent, and secure.
