During his time at Apple, he led hands-on technology classes for learners of all ages, helping individuals build confidence with digital tools and devices. Today, as a Pre-Sales Engineer, he delivers product demonstrations, technical presentations, and client education, making complex technology accessible to customers, partners, and colleagues.
