Tiffany Carson Canady Smoot brings more than 25 years of experience in Information Technology, legal training, and adult education. Throughout her career, she has provided technology and professional development training to Federal Government employees and has served as an instructor at the University of Maryland Global Campus (formerly UMUC), Prince George's Community College, and Howard Community College.

She holds a Master of Education in Curriculum and Instruction from The George Washington University, a COR Level II Certification, and has extensive expertise in Microsoft technologies, legal systems, and document management solutions. Tiffany has successfully led technology initiatives, managed large-scale projects, and implemented innovative systems that improved operational efficiency while reducing organizational costs. Her contributions have been recognized through numerous employee achievement awards.

As an Instructor at ElderByte Academy, Tiffany is passionate about making technology practical, approachable, and relevant for learners of all backgrounds and experience levels. Her strengths in curriculum development, technology instruction, and project leadership help create engaging learning experiences that build confidence and empower individuals to thrive in today's digital world.
